The arbitration shall take place in the English language in Bahrain. You hereby agree that you will submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain for the purposes of ratifying any award made pursuant to arbitration proceedings and you will not object to or challenge any application to enforce any arbitral award made pursuant to arbitration proceedings and will submit to the jurisdiction of that court for the purposes of those enforcement proceedings. Miscellaneous In the event that any part of these Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other part of these Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect and shall be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable part were not part of these Conditions.
