What Packages does the Orbit Smart Card offer?
Orbit delivers five special channel packages that are customized to suit all viewer preferences. The following packages are offered to all Orbit Smart Card customers: • Super Mega Package • Super Prime Package • Family Package • Kids Package • Pinoy Plus
All packages includes: • 4 TVMAX pay per view channels • 20 Orbit Radio Channels
The following Add-ons are offered to all Orbit Smart Card customers: Pinoy Xtra: GMA Pinoy TV, GMA Life TV,MNL TV, and Pinoy Extreme. C-SPAN: C-SPAN News Channel. Channels can be added on to any package for an extra charge.

Can I change to another package if I am an Orbit Smart Card subscriber?
Yes, you may choose to change to any preferred package. Just call our Orbit Customer Service to assist you accordingly.

My Smart Card was stolen or lost, what should I do?
Please call Orbit Customer Service to assist with ordering a new Orbit Smart Card.

My Smartcard is defective, what should I do?
Please call Orbit Customer Service who will assist you in having your Orbit Smart Card replaced.

Can I suspend my viewing when I go on vacations?
Yes, Orbit Smart Card subscribers are entitled to suspend their subscription up to one month per year. However, it should be noted that the suspension period of one month has to be continuous and uninterrupted. Please note that this process shall go through our Orbit Customer Service centres.

What equipment do I need to get access to the Orbit Smart Card services?(GCC/MENA)
Basically all you need is the following: 1. A satellite dish with the LNB pointed towards ARABSAT Satellite / NOORSAT 1 at 25.5°E (Also known as: Eurobird 2) using the following configurations: • Frequency: 11054 • Polarization: Horizontal • Symbol Rate: 27500 • FEC: ¾ 2. A recommented Orbit receiver or any Irdeto compliant DVB receivers with a spare slot/cam. For further support related to your existing receiver, please call Orbit Customer Service. 3. The Orbit Smart Card that you will insert in the receiver.

What size should my satellite dish be?
Generally for the Middle East, we recommend using a 90cm dish. For more information, please call Orbit Customer Service.

Does Orbit support or recommend a certain receiver?
We recommend that you buy Orbit recommended receivers or any Irdeto compliant DVB receivers.

What do I do when I receive Orbit Smart Card?
Once you receive your Orbit Smart Card please insert it in your decoder to activate it either by: a. Calling Orbit Customer Service b. Visiting our Orbit website at www.orbit.net c. Visiting the nearest Orbit Showroom, Kiosk or Outlet d. Visiting an Orbit Authorized Dealer

When does my subscription start?
Your subscription starts once your Orbit Smart Card is activated.

When do I renew my subscription?
Your one-year subscription/contract period is auto-renewable. You have to renew/top-up your account before your End of Fund. You will be contacted by Orbit Customer Service regarding the renewal through direct phone call, SMS and e-mails. Also, you can renew your subscription on-line at www.orbit.net As well, if you have an Irdeto compliant DVB receiver, you will receive a STB message direct to your receiver.

I can’t see Orbit channels, what do I do?
Please try these 3 procedures: a. Remove and re-insert the Orbit Smart Card b. Rescan the channels and make sure your settings are: • Satellite/Antenna: ARABSAT Satellite / NOORSAT 1 at 25.5°E (Also known as: Eurobird 2) • Frequency: 11054 • Polarization: Horizontal • Symbol Rate: 27500 • FEC: ¾ c. Unplug and re-plug the decoder If all of the above do not work, please call Orbit Customer Service
